Cinnamon Coffee Cake

List of Ingredients
- 2 1/4 C. flour
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 3/4 white sugar
- 3/4 C. vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 t. ground ginger
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 C. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1 C. buttermilk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease 9 x 13 pan.
- Combine flour, sugars, oil, 2 1/2 t. cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
- Transfer 1/2 C. of mixture to small bowl. Add 1/2 t. cinnamon and walnuts. Set aside.
- Add buttermilk, egg, baking powder and baking soda to flour/sugar/oil mixture. Blend well. Spread evenly into baking dish.
- Sprinkle reserved walnut mixture over top of coffee cake.
- Bake about 35 min.
