Kevin's Egg Casserole
List of Ingredients
1 6 oz. box Pepperidge Farm Classic Cut Seasoned Croutons
3/4 8 oz. bag shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 10 x 10 glass dish. Put croutons and cheese in the bottom of the dish. Combine eggs, milk, mustard, and onion powder, mix until blended. Pour over croutons. Can sprinkle with crumbled bacon (6 slices). Bake 1 hour or until eggs are set.
We sometimes have mimosas with this!
