The best carrot cake ever
List of Ingredients
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1-1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
3 cups sifted flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1-1/4 vegetable oil
1 cup walnuts
ICING
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter
3/4 box powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1-2 Tbsp. milk
Recipe
In a bowl, mis the eggs, oil, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Sift the dry ingredients and add to the mixture.
Bake in a well greased pan, 350 for 1 hour
Mix the icing ingredients and frost the cake after it's cool.
