- COAT CORNFLOUR EVENLY ONTO THE CHICKEN
- MARINATE WITH LEE KUM KEE(THE BRAND OF OYSTER SAUCE) OYSTER SAUCE, BLACK SOYA SAUCE, SESAME OIL AND BLACK PEPPER(IF YOU LIKE IT SPICY, PUT LOTS IF IT
- MARINATE OVERNIGHT AND PLACE IT IN THE CHILLER COMPARTMENT
- ENSURE THAT THE HEAT IS HIGH AND THE OIL IS HOT, WHEN ITS READY, LOWER THE FLAME SLIGHTLY AND PLACE CHICKEN INTO THE WOK OR DEEP FRYER
