    • BLACK PEPPER
    • 1 SMALL TABLE SPOON OF SESAME OIL


    Instructions


    1. COAT CORNFLOUR EVENLY ONTO THE CHICKEN
    2. MARINATE WITH LEE KUM KEE(THE BRAND OF OYSTER SAUCE) OYSTER SAUCE, BLACK SOYA SAUCE, SESAME OIL AND BLACK PEPPER(IF YOU LIKE IT SPICY, PUT LOTS IF IT
    3. MARINATE OVERNIGHT AND PLACE IT IN THE CHILLER COMPARTMENT
    4. ENSURE THAT THE HEAT IS HIGH AND THE OIL IS HOT, WHEN ITS READY, LOWER THE FLAME SLIGHTLY AND PLACE CHICKEN INTO THE WOK OR DEEP FRYER
    5. SIT BACK AND ENJOY. PREFERABLY DIP THE CHICKEN INTO SIN SIN(THE BRAND OF THE CHILLI SAUCE) CHILLI GARLIC SAUCE
