    This is a Hokkien recipe. But I've modified it. Its a must to try this out!


    List of Ingredients


    • Pork Belly S$2.00
    • Fresh Grey or Tiger Prawns - 20 Pcs - deshell and slice it into half
    • Dried Mushroom - 10 Pcs - soak for 1/2 hr till its soft and afterwhich slice diagonally
    • Waterchestnut - Peel and wash and each cut into 4 pcs
    • Bean Skin ( can be purchased at Cold Storage. Brand is called PAILIN)
    • Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce - 1 TBS
    • Corn flour - 1 tsp
    • Salt - sprinkle about 1 tsp - if preferred to be saltier, then add 1/2 tsp
    • Pepper - sprinkle about 1 tsp - if preferred to be hotter, then add
    • One egg
    • Plain Biscuits - 4 pcs - to use motar to pounce till breadcrumb-like
    • Sesame Oil 1 tsp(Optional)
