    ARTICHOKE CRESCENT ROLLS

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tube (8oz) crescent rolls
    • 2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 t. dill weed
    • 1 egg
    • 1/3 C. thinly chopped green onions
    • 1/4 t. seasoned salt
    • 2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 C. sour cream
    • 1 (14 oz) can water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained, chopped
    • 1 (2 oz) jar pimentos


    Instructions


    1. Press crescent rolls onto the bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of ungreased baking dish.
    2. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 8 minutes in 375 degree oven until lightly browned.
    3. Beat cream cheese, sour cream and egg until smooth.
    4. Stir in dill and seasoning salt. Spread over crust.
    5. Sprinkle with artichokes, green onion and pimento.
    6. Bake 15 - 20 minutes or longer, until edges are golden brown.
    7. Cut into squares.
