    VEGGIE PIZZA

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls
    • 1 (8 oz) carton dairy sour cream
    • 8 (oz.) Cream cheese, softened
    • 1 pkg. Ranch Dressing Mix
    • Various colorful chopped raw veggies: broccoli, cauliflower, carrot silvers, celery, mushrooms, tomato, green onion, shredded cheese, cubed ham, bell pepper, etc.


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 375°.

    2. Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in ungreased 15X10X1 baking pan; press over bottom and 1 inch up sides. Seal perforations (I had a little dough left over) Bake 14 - 19 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.

    3. Blend sour cream, softened cream cheese, package of ranch dressing mix, and salt and pepper to taste. Spread over crust.

    4. Top with veggies. Cut into serving pieces. Cover and store in refrigerator.
