VEGGIE PIZZA

List of Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls
- 1 (8 oz) carton dairy sour cream
- 8 (oz.) Cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. Ranch Dressing Mix
- Various colorful chopped raw veggies: broccoli, cauliflower, carrot silvers, celery, mushrooms, tomato, green onion, shredded cheese, cubed ham, bell pepper, etc.
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in ungreased 15X10X1 baking pan; press over bottom and 1 inch up sides. Seal perforations (I had a little dough left over) Bake 14 - 19 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
- Blend sour cream, softened cream cheese, package of ranch dressing mix, and salt and pepper to taste. Spread over crust.
- Top with veggies. Cut into serving pieces. Cover and store in refrigerator.
