    MOCK CHAMPAGNE

    Served to kids on New Year's Eve


    List of Ingredients


    • 2/3 C. sugar
    • 1/3 C. water
    • 1 C. grapefruit juice
    • 1/2 C. orange juice
    • 3 T. grenadine syrup
    • 1 bottle (28 ozs) gingerale


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sugar & water.
    2. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Boil 10 minutes.
    3. Cool. Add the sugar syrup to the grapefruit and orange juice.
    4. Chill and add the grenadine and ginger ale just before serving.
