    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 C. chopped pecans
    • Chocolate Cake mix (without pudding)
    • 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    • 1/2 C. light rum
    • 1/2 C. water
    • 1/2 C. vegetable oil
    • 4 eggs
    • Rum Glaze:
    • 1 C. sugar
    • 1/4 C. light rum
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1/4 /c, water
    • Bring to boil in saucepan and pour slowly over cake.


    Instructions


    1. Grease and flour bundt or tube pan, sprinkle with pecans in bottom of pan.
    2. Mix together the cake mix, pudding, rum, water and vegetable oil.
    3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
    4. Beat 2 minutes.
    5. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes for tube pan; check bundt pan after 50 minutes.
    6. Pour on rum glaze which will cause cake to fall slightly.
    7. Let cake cool in pan 30 minutes before turning out on plate.
