CHOCOLATE RUM BUNDT CAKE

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans
- Chocolate Cake mix (without pudding)
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1/2 C. light rum
- 1/2 C. water
- 1/2 C. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- Rum Glaze:
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/4 C. light rum
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 /c, water
- Bring to boil in saucepan and pour slowly over cake.
Instructions
- Grease and flour bundt or tube pan, sprinkle with pecans in bottom of pan.
- Mix together the cake mix, pudding, rum, water and vegetable oil.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Beat 2 minutes.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes for tube pan; check bundt pan after 50 minutes.
- Pour on rum glaze which will cause cake to fall slightly.
- Let cake cool in pan 30 minutes before turning out on plate.
