List of Ingredients



• 1 box white cake mix (can also use strawberry)
  
• 4 eggs slightly beaten
  
• 1 C. cooking oil
  
• 1 small (3 oz) pkg. strawberry Jello
  
• 1/2 C. nuts, chopped
  
• 1/2 C. coconut
  
• 1/2 C. frozen strawberries, thawed & drained
  
• FROSTING:
  
• 1 box powdered sugar, sifted
  
• 3/4 stick oleo
  
• 1/2 C. strawberries, drained
  
• 1/2 C. nuts, chopped
  
• 1/2 C. coconut
  
• (You may want to cut this icing recipe in half because it makes a HUGE amount of frosting.)
  






Instructions



1. Mix well with electric mixer.
   
   
2. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350° in greased & floured 9x13 pan (can also use jelly roll pan).
