    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 C. Butter Flavored Crisco
    • 1 1/2 C. Sugar
    • 1 1/2 C. Brown Sugar
    • 3 eggs
    • 2 t. vanilla
    • 1 t. salt
    • 2 t. baking soda
    • 1 t. baking powder
    • 2 1/2 C. Flour
    • 2 C. Oatmeal
    • 12 oz. chocolate chips
    • handful of white chips
    • 3/4 C. toasted pecans


    Instructions


    1. Mix sugars and Crisco
    2. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well
    3. Add flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder
    4. Stir in oatmeal by hand
    5. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts
    6. Bake in CONVECTION oven 8 - 9 minutes
    7. Cool 4 minutes and remove from cookie sheet.


    Final Comments


    Be sure to use CONVENTION oven.
