CHOCOLATE SPRITZ

List of Ingredients
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 C. sugar
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 2 T. milk
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 2 C. sifted cake flour (reg. flour works fine)
- candy shot and sugars
Instructions
- Cream shortening and sugar.
- Add egg, salt, chocolate, milk and vanilla.
- Stir in flour.
- Use teaspoon to form balls and dip one side in candy shot, place candy side up on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Final Comments
Makes 4 dozen.
