BLACK RUSSIAN BUNDT CAKE

List of Ingredients
- 1 (18.5 oz) yellow cake mix (without pudding)
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 (6 oz) pkg. instand chocolate pudding and pie filling
- 1 C. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C. vodka
- 1/4 C. coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1/4 C. water
- GLAZE:
- 1/2 C. powdered sugar and 1/4 C. coffee flavored liqueur; blend until smooth.
Instructions
- Grease and flour 12-cup bundt pan.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix cake mix, sugar, pudding mix, oil, eggs, vodka, liqueur and water on low speed about 1 minutes.
- BEat at medium speed 4 minutes.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake until cake test done with wooden pick about 60 to 70 minutes.
- Let cake cool in pan 10 minutes.
- Invert onto sire rack or plate.
- Poke holes in cake with fork, slowly pour Glaze over cake.
- Cool completely, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
