    CHOCOLATE ECLAIRS (GOOEY)

    Recipe Introduction


    Dottie Musselman, another gooey dessert!!


    List of Ingredients


    • Filling:
    • 1 box Honey Graham Crackers
    • 2 pkgs Instant French Vanilla Pudding
    • 3 C. milk
    • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    • Frosting:
    • 6 T. cocoa
    • 3 T. soft oleo, softened
    • 2 T. White Karo Syrup
    • 3 T. milk
    • 2 t. vanilla
    • 1 1/2 C. powdered sugar
    • 2 t. oil


    Instructions


    1. Butter 9X13 dish. Line bottom with whole graham crackers.

    2. Beat pudding with milk, add Cool Whip. Mix well

    3. Pour 1/2 (3 1/4 C.) of mixture over crackers and add 2nd layer of graham crackers.

    4. Pour rest of filling, add 3rd layer of graham crackers.

    5. Frost, sealing over top, chill 12 hours or more.

    6. Do not cover.

    7. Beat frosting ingredients well.



    Final Comments


    Canned/prepared frosting may be used.
