CHOCOLATE ECLAIRS (GOOEY)
Recipe Introduction
Dottie Musselman, another gooey dessert!!
List of Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 box Honey Graham Crackers
- 2 pkgs Instant French Vanilla Pudding
- 3 C. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- Frosting:
- 6 T. cocoa
- 3 T. soft oleo, softened
- 2 T. White Karo Syrup
- 3 T. milk
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 1/2 C. powdered sugar
- 2 t. oil
Instructions
- Butter 9X13 dish. Line bottom with whole graham crackers.
- Beat pudding with milk, add Cool Whip. Mix well
- Pour 1/2 (3 1/4 C.) of mixture over crackers and add 2nd layer of graham crackers.
- Pour rest of filling, add 3rd layer of graham crackers.
- Frost, sealing over top, chill 12 hours or more.
- Do not cover.
- Beat frosting ingredients well.
Final Comments
Canned/prepared frosting may be used.
