ICE CREAM CRUNCH
List of Ingredients
- 3 1/2 C. Rice Chex, crushed
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans
- 1 C. flaked coconut
- 1/2 C. oleo
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 gal. ice cream, softened
Instructions
- Mix slightly crushed Rice Chex, pecans, coconut and oleo.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Stir in 1/2 C. brown sugar and bake 10 minutes longer.
- Spread half of this mixture in bottom of a 9X13 baking dish.
- Spread ice cream over crumb mixture.
- Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Freeze.
