LEMON DESSERT (GOOEY)

List of Ingredients
- ---First Layer:
- 1 C. flour
- 1 stick oleo (melted)
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans
- ---Second Layer:
- 1 heaping C. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
- 1 C. Cool Whip
- ---Third Layer:
- 2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding
- 3 C. cold milk
Instructions
- First Layer: mix and press in 9X13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees, then cool.
- Second Layer: Cream together and spread on cooled crust.
- Third Layer: Mix with whisk, about 2 minutes, until just barely thickened and pour over spoon onto second layer.
- Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
