RASPBERRY LEMON BARS (NO BAKE)

List of Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (6 oz.) fresh raspberries, divided (about 2 C.)
- 12 squares Graham Crackers, crushed
- 2 T. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 pkg. (8 oz) fat free cream cheese, softened
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
- 1 T. lemon juice
Instructions
- Reserve 20 raspberries for garnish.
- Mix crumbs and butter together; press firmly into bottom of 9-inch pan.
- Refrigerate crust while making filling.
- Beat cream cheese, marshmallow creme, and lemon juice with electric mixer on medium until light and fluffy.
- Stir in raspberries; spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
- Cut into 20 bars. (I cut into 12 servings) to serve.
- Top each with a raspberry or two and lemon slice.
