    RASPBERRY LEMON BARS (NO BAKE)

    Nabisco Graham Cracker Box

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pkg. (6 oz.) fresh raspberries, divided (about 2 C.)
    • 12 squares Graham Crackers, crushed
    • 2 T. butter or margarine, melted
    • 2 pkg. (8 oz) fat free cream cheese, softened
    • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
    • 1 T. lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Reserve 20 raspberries for garnish.

    2. Mix crumbs and butter together; press firmly into bottom of 9-inch pan.

    3. Refrigerate crust while making filling.

    4. Beat cream cheese, marshmallow creme, and lemon juice with electric mixer on medium until light and fluffy.

    5. Stir in raspberries; spoon into crust.

    6. Refrigerate 4 hours.

    7. Cut into 20 bars. (I cut into 12 servings) to serve.

    8. Top each with a raspberry or two and lemon slice.
