List of Ingredients
- Eight Chicken breasts or broiler chicken (omit wings), salt and pepper.
- chopped onion
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 can cream celery soup
- 1/2 C. sherry (I used chicken broth)
- sharp grated cheddar cheese
- paprika
Instructions
- Arrange chicken in large pyrex dish.
- Mix onion, soups and sherry/broth and pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
- Dish can be prepared ahead. If dish is cold bake 3 hours, if room temperature bake 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
Final Comments
Serve with rice to use liquid.
