BEEF BRISKET

List of Ingredients
- -------Place brisket in pan, sprinkle until white with:
- garlic salt
- onion salt
- seasoned salt
- accent
- black pepper
- nutmeg
- ------BBQ Sauce:
- 1 C. catsup
- 3/4 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 t. nutmeg
- 1 t. dry mustard
- 3 T. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 T. lemon juice
Instructions
- Let brisket, covered with seasonings, stand 2 hours at room temperature.
- Cover with cold water and simmer 3 hours.
- Leave in liquid and refrigerate overnight.
- Discard liquid and trim fat. Slice thin (not with grain).
- Serve plain, or place in dish and cover with BBQ sauce.
- Bake at 350 degrees, 1 hour covered.
