    CHICKEN a la KING CASSEROLE


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 oz) pkg. fine noodles
    • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
    • 1 can evaporated milk
    • 1/2 lb Old English cheese grated (or Velveeta)
    • 1/2 C. pimento, diced into small pieces
    • 1/2 C. green pepper, diced into small pieces
    • 1/2 C. celery, diced
    • 4 C. cooked chicken, cut up
    • 1 1/2 C. buttered bread crumbs
    • 1/2 C. slivered almonds


    Instructions


    1. Cook noodles in chicken broth.
    2. Drain and place in buttered 9X13 pan.
    3. Mix soup and milk, heat stirring constantly. Add cheese.
    4. When melted add pimento, green pepper, celery and chicken. Place on noodles.
    5. Top with bread crumbs and almonds.
    6. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
