CHICKEN a la KING CASSEROLE
List of Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) pkg. fine noodles
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 lb Old English cheese grated (or Velveeta)
- 1/2 C. pimento, diced into small pieces
- 1/2 C. green pepper, diced into small pieces
- 1/2 C. celery, diced
- 4 C. cooked chicken, cut up
- 1 1/2 C. buttered bread crumbs
- 1/2 C. slivered almonds
Instructions
- Cook noodles in chicken broth.
- Drain and place in buttered 9X13 pan.
- Mix soup and milk, heat stirring constantly. Add cheese.
- When melted add pimento, green pepper, celery and chicken. Place on noodles.
- Top with bread crumbs and almonds.
- Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
