BEEF, STIR FRY

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin cut into strips
- 1 clove garlic or minced onion
- 1/2 C. thin carrots
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 green pepper (and other vegetables as you like)
- 1 C. chicken or beef stock
- 1/4 C. soy sauce
- 1 T. corn starch
Instructions
- Stir and cook sirloin and onion in small amount of oil for about 3 minutes
- Remove meat and onion. Add vegatables to oil and saute.
- Add meat, onion, chicken/beef stock, soy sauce, and corn starch
- Saute until cornstarch thickens.
Final Comments
Serve over rice or noodles.
