    BEEF, STIR FRY

    Recipe Introduction

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin cut into strips
    • 1 clove garlic or minced onion
    • 1/2 C. thin carrots
    • 2 stalks celery, sliced
    • 1/4 lb. mushrooms
    • 1 zucchini, sliced
    • 1 green pepper (and other vegetables as you like)
    • 1 C. chicken or beef stock
    • 1/4 C. soy sauce
    • 1 T. corn starch


    Instructions


    1. Stir and cook sirloin and onion in small amount of oil for about 3 minutes

    2. Remove meat and onion. Add vegatables to oil and saute.

    3. Add meat, onion, chicken/beef stock, soy sauce, and corn starch

    4. Saute until cornstarch thickens.



    Final Comments


    Serve over rice or noodles.
