BEEF, SWEDISH MEATBALLS

List of Ingredients
- 2 C. cracker crumbs
- 1 lb ground, lean, smoked ham
- 1/2 lb ground, lean pork
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 C. milk
- -----Sauce:
- 1/2 C. vinegar
- 1/2 C. water
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1 t. dry mustard
Instructions
- Mix smoked ham, pork, eggs and milk together and chill.
- Make into 1 inch balls.
- Mix sauce ingredients until brown sugar is dissolved.
- Place meatballs in baking dish and cover with sauce.
- Bake in a very slow oven, 275 degrees for 2 hours.
