CHOCOLATE FROSTING

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 C. Crisco
- 1 egg
- 1/2 C. cocoa
- 1/4 t. salt
- 4 C. powdered sugar (sift if lumpy)
- 1/3 C. milk
- 1 t. vanilla
Instructions
- Blend Crisco, egg cocoa and salt.
- Add sugar alternately with milk and vanilla; mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add more sugar to thicken or milk to thin frosting if needed for good spreading consistency.
