    JUDY'S UNCOOKED STRAWBERRY JAM

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (10 oz) pkg. frozen strawberries
    • 3 C. sugar
    • 1 box powdered pectin and 1 C. water or 1/2 bottle liquid pectin


    Instructions


    1. Thaw berries. Let stand about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
    2. If powdered pectin is used, combine it with water. Boil 1 minutes stirring constantly.
    3. Add pectin to berries and sugar. Stir about 2 minutes.
    4. Pour jam into freezer containers or canning jars, leaving 1/2" space at the top.
    5. Cover container and refrigerate until set. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
