FROZEN, CRANBERRY CHRISTMAS SALAD
List of Ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 C. Reconstituted lemon juice
- 1 can whole cranberry or raspberry sauce
- 1 (20 oz )can crushed pineapple drained
- 1/2 C. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz) carton Cool Whip
Instructions
- Stir lemon juice into milk.
- Mix in cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts.
- Fold in cool whip.
- Put in 9X13 glass baking dish and freeze.
- Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving.
- Can be frozen up to two weeks.
