JELLO/DRY LIME SALAD
List of Ingredients
- 1 medium size can crushed pineapple
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 package lime Jello
- 3/4 C. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 C. finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- Drain juice from the can of pineapple and bring to boil.
- Dissolve Jello in boiling hot juice.
- Add rest of ingredients and chill in refrigerator.
- Serve with ham or a salty dish.
