    • 2 T. red wine vinegar
    • 1/4 t. salt
    • 1/4 t. pepper
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1/4 C. olive oil
    • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
    • 1/2 t. lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients.
