PERFECT GRAVY
List of Ingredients
- Pour fat and juices into a glass measuring cup.
- When fat comes to the top, skim off.
- Put 1/4 C. into pan.
- Blend in 1/4 C. flour
- Keep heat low and stir till mixture is frothy.
- Remove from heat and add water or milk to meat juices to make 2 cups.
- Pour into roasting pan and swish around to loosen crusty bits.
