    CHICKEN CORN CHOWDER

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 large potatoes, chopped
    • 2 carrots, chopped
    • 2 stalks celery, chopped
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1/4 C. flour
    • 1 1/2 t. salt
    • 3/4 t. pepper
    • 2 C. chicken stock
    • 4 C. milk
    • 2 C. grated cheese
    • 1 can creamed corn
    • 2 (12.5 oz) cans chicken breast chunks


    Instructions


    1. Saute chopped veggies in butter until tender, 10 - 15 minutes.
    2. Add flour and cook a few minutes.
    3. Blen in stock and milk, stir until boiling.
    4. Add cheese, creamed corn and chicken chunks.
    5. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
