CHICKEN CORN CHOWDER

List of Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 C. flour
- 1 1/2 t. salt
- 3/4 t. pepper
- 2 C. chicken stock
- 4 C. milk
- 2 C. grated cheese
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 (12.5 oz) cans chicken breast chunks
Instructions
- Saute chopped veggies in butter until tender, 10 - 15 minutes.
- Add flour and cook a few minutes.
- Blen in stock and milk, stir until boiling.
- Add cheese, creamed corn and chicken chunks.
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
