CHICKEN FIESTA SOUP

List of Ingredients
- 32 oz fat free-chicken broth
- 2 cans corn, undrained
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 chicken bouilion cubes
- 10 oz. chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 8 oz. Velveeta, cubed
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients except for the cheese in a large soup pot and heat.
- When hot, add the cheese and stir until melted.
