    CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 C. water
    • 1 lb. chopped broccoli
    • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
    • 2 medium onions, chopped
    • 1/4 lb oleo
    • 2 t. salt
    • 2 C. milk
    • 8 oz. cream cheese
    • 4 - 5 T. flour


    Instructions


    1. Boil water, bouillon cubes, broccoli and onions until vegetables are cooked.
    2. Make a white sauce of oleo and flour, milk and salt.
    3. Melt in the cream cheese.
    4. Add the sauce to the vegetables.
