ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE

List of Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 - 3 hard boiled eggs
- 6 - 8 crushed Ritz Crackers (top of casserole)
- 3 large cans chopped asparagus, drained
Instructions
- Prepare white sauce by melting 1/4 C. oleo, stir in 1/4 C. flour, 1/2 t. salt, 1/8 t. pepper and 2 C. milk.
- Cook until mixture bubbles. Stir in grated cheese and eggs.
- Put in baking dish, top with crushed Ritz Crackers.
- Heat in oven until heated through.
