Creamy low carb seafood bisque

Joe and Toni have used low carb cooking to diet and entertain. This is one of the best soups ever!!!
List of Ingredients
butter
white fish filletted
shrimp
crab/lobster
scallops
garlic, salt, pepper
cream
Italian tomatoes
1/2 chopped onionRecipe
In a saute pan melt the butter and add chunks of whitefish.
Saute with 1/2 chopped onion. Add
prawns and small scallops or crab and lobster.
Add:
garlic, salt and pepper and chili powder after onions are translucent. (I don't use chili powder.)
In a sauce pan pour opne can Hunt's Italian stewed tomatoes. Add 1/4 cup cream, 2 T. mayonnaise and more garlic powder.
Simmer and add the seafood to the tomatoe mix.
So good!!!
