    Betty's Coconut Rum slush

    List of Ingredients


    • 2-3 mashed bananas
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 4 tbsp lemon juice
    • 3x48 oz cans unsweetened pineapple juice
    • 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
    • 8 cups boiling water
    • 60 oz rum
    • 1 bottle coconut extract


    Instructions


    1. Mix bananas, sugar, lemon juice, pineapple juice, orange juice and water in LARGE container.
    2. Cool 30 minutes
    3. Add rum and coconut extract
    4. Pour into containers and freeze (can use margarine containers, old plastic ice cream containers, etc)
    5. To serve, either serve slushy or add gingerale to make slush (if frozen solid)
