Betty's Coconut Rum slush

List of Ingredients
- 2-3 mashed bananas
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 3x48 oz cans unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 8 cups boiling water
- 60 oz rum
- 1 bottle coconut extract
Instructions
- Mix bananas, sugar, lemon juice, pineapple juice, orange juice and water in LARGE container.
- Cool 30 minutes
- Add rum and coconut extract
- Pour into containers and freeze (can use margarine containers, old plastic ice cream containers, etc)
- To serve, either serve slushy or add gingerale to make slush (if frozen solid)
