    List of Ingredients


    • 4 eggs, beaten
    • 2 1/4 cups sugar
    • 5 cups milks
    • 4 cups whipping cream
    • 4 1/2 tsp vanilla
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 2 cups chopped pecans
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar


    Instructions


    1. In large mixing bowl, gradually add sugar to eggs, beating until stiff.
    2. Add milk, cream, vanilla and salt. Mix well.
    3. Refrigerate
    4. Melt butter and saute pecans
    5. Add brown sugar and stir until melted.
    6. Cool well.
    7. Add to ice cream mixture and freeze in ice cream freezer
