    Cinnamon Roll Apple Cobbler

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 cups apples - peeled and sliced
    • 12 oz jar caramel ice cream topping
    • 1 tbsp flour
    • 1/2 cup pecans - very finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1 tube refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8 or 10 count)
    • 6 tbsp margarine - melted
    • vegetable spray


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
    2. Place apple slices in a large bowl. Combine caramel topping and flour and pour over apple slices.
    3. Toss with fork to mix
    4. Place apples into 12x8" baking dish that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray
    5. Bake 25-30 minutes or until apples are just tender.
    6. Combine pecans and brown sugar in small bowl
    7. Separate cinnamon rolls and cut into quarters.
    8. Dip each piece of roll into melted margarine and then roll in sugar nut mixture.
    9. arrange pieces of rolls over top of apples and bake until rolls are golden bown and apples are done (approx 8-10 minutes)
