Cinnamon Roll Apple Cobbler

- 8 cups apples - peeled and sliced
- 12 oz jar caramel ice cream topping
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup pecans - very finely chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tube refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8 or 10 count)
- 6 tbsp margarine - melted
- vegetable spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Place apple slices in a large bowl. Combine caramel topping and flour and pour over apple slices.
- Toss with fork to mix
- Place apples into 12x8" baking dish that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until apples are just tender.
- Combine pecans and brown sugar in small bowl
- Separate cinnamon rolls and cut into quarters.
- Dip each piece of roll into melted margarine and then roll in sugar nut mixture.
- arrange pieces of rolls over top of apples and bake until rolls are golden bown and apples are done (approx 8-10 minutes)
