Warm Brie & Pear Salad w/ Rasp Dressing

- 1 bag baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 lb Brie
- 2 ripe pears thinly sliced
- Dressing:
- 3 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup raspberries, mashed
Instructions
- Whisk together dressing ingredients
- Divide spinach onto 4 plates.
- Soften Brie in microwave at medium for 45 seconds, or in the oven at 400 degrees for 5 minutes
- Slice cheese and place on salad
- Arrange pear slices
- Add dressing
- Garnish with whole raspberries and serve immediately
