    Warm Brie & Pear Salad w/ Rasp Dressing

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 bag baby spinach leaves
    • 1/2 lb Brie
    • 2 ripe pears thinly sliced
    • Dressing:
    • 3 tbsp raspberry vinegar
    • 1/3 cup olive oil
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1/4 cup raspberries, mashed


    Instructions


    1. Whisk together dressing ingredients
    2. Divide spinach onto 4 plates.
    3. Soften Brie in microwave at medium for 45 seconds, or in the oven at 400 degrees for 5 minutes
    4. Slice cheese and place on salad
    5. Arrange pear slices
    6. Add dressing
    7. Garnish with whole raspberries and serve immediately
