    10 Minute Cheesy Mexican rice

    • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed chicken broth (1 1/3 cups)
    • 1 cup salsa
    • 2 cups Minute Rice
    • 1/4 lb (4 oz) Velveeta, cut up into cubes


    Instructions


    1. Mix broth and salsa in medium saucepan. Bring to boil
    2. Stir in rice and Velveeta. Cover.
    3. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes
    4. Stir until Velveeta is melted.
