10 Minute Cheesy Mexican rice

- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed chicken broth (1 1/3 cups)
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups Minute Rice
- 1/4 lb (4 oz) Velveeta, cut up into cubes
Instructions
- Mix broth and salsa in medium saucepan. Bring to boil
- Stir in rice and Velveeta. Cover.
- Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes
- Stir until Velveeta is melted.
