    Coconut Cream Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg white cake mix (2 layer) & ingredients to make cake
    • 1 large can coconut cream
    • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    • 8 oz Cool Whip
    • 1 small bag coconut


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350
    2. Prepare cake according to directions on the package and pour into 9x13 greased pan.
    3. Bake 25-30 minutes or until done
    4. As soon as it comes out of the oven, poke holes into cake using handle of wooden spoon (or similar).
    5. Pour cream of coconut over the cake filling the holes
    6. Sprinkle 1/2 pkg of coconut over top.
    7. Cool cake slightly, cover and refrigerate until cold.
    8. Mix Eagle Brand and Cool Whip together
    9. Spread over cake
    10. Sprinkle remaning coconut over top.
