Coconut Cream Cake

List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg white cake mix (2 layer) & ingredients to make cake
- 1 large can coconut cream
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 small bag coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Prepare cake according to directions on the package and pour into 9x13 greased pan.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until done
- As soon as it comes out of the oven, poke holes into cake using handle of wooden spoon (or similar).
- Pour cream of coconut over the cake filling the holes
- Sprinkle 1/2 pkg of coconut over top.
- Cool cake slightly, cover and refrigerate until cold.
- Mix Eagle Brand and Cool Whip together
- Spread over cake
- Sprinkle remaning coconut over top.
