    List of Ingredients


    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • dash salt
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla
    • 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
    • 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 cup light corn syrup
    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla


    Instructions


    1. To prepare 1st layer, preheat oven to 375.
    2. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and salt.
    3. Beat until smooth.
    4. Add eggs and vanilla.
    5. Stir until combined
    6. Spoon into pie shell.
    7. Sprinkle with pecans.
    8. To prepare 2nd layer, in medium bowl, combine eggs, corn syrup and vanilla.
    9. Beat well, pour over pecans.
    10. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until set.

    had to bake a little longer than recommended. Very yummy!
