    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups chopped rhubarb
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • topping:
    • 1 cup all purpose flour
    • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
    • 1/2 cup rolled oats, not instant
    • 1/2 cup butter, melted


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
    2. Spray or butter 8x8" baking dish
    3. Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and cinnamon in large bowl. When evenly coated, pour into baking dish.
    4. To make topping: combine all topping ingredients and sprinkle over rhubarb mixture
    5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown
