Rhubarb Crisp

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- topping:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup rolled oats, not instant
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Spray or butter 8x8" baking dish
- Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and cinnamon in large bowl. When evenly coated, pour into baking dish.
- To make topping: combine all topping ingredients and sprinkle over rhubarb mixture
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown
