Snickers Cheesecake

List of Ingredients
- 1 partially baked pie crust (cook until light brown 4-5 min?)
- 4-5 regular sized Snickers bars
- 12 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter (i might add a bit more next time)
- 3 tbsp whipping cream
- 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips (semi sweet is ok, but milk chocolate probably best)
Instructions
- Cut Snickers bars in half and then cut into 1/4 inch pieces. Set aside.
- In small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
- Add eggs 1 at a time - mixing well between each agg.
- Beat in sour cream and peanut butter until mixture is smooth.
- Arrange Snickers pieces in bottom of prebaked pie crust.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture over Snickers pieces.
- Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes or until centre is set.
- Cool completely - about 2 hours
- In small saucepan, heat whipping cream over low heat until very warm.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Mix until smooth and melted.
- Spread over top of pie. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Store in fridge. Let stand at room temperature for 10-15 min before serving.
