    ARTICHOKE/CRAB MEAT DIP

    1 package of softened cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 cup of mayo
    1 garlic clove crushed
    1 can (14oz) of artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
    1 8oz can of crabmeat
    3/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/3 cup of thinly sliced green onions with tops
    1 lemon
    1/8 tsp of ground black pepper
    1/3 cup of diced red bell pepper

    Heat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine mayo and cream cheese. In separate bowl, combine garlic, artichoke, crabmeat, Parmesan, green onions and lemon zest. Add to cream cheese and mayo mix. Mix well.

    Spoon mixture into baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden around edges.
    Enjoy alone, with pork rinds, was a, or on top of other fish.
