Crab-Stuffed Avocado

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup celery, minced
1/4 cup pimiento from a jar or fresh red bell pepper,
minced
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
dash Tabasco sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
2 avocados, stones removed and surface brushed with diluted
lemon juice
salt
salad greens
1 1/2 cups crab meat (2 cans) drained, and chilled
Recipe
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, celery, pimento, lemon
juice, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce to make dressing.
Toss with the crab meat. Sprinkle halved avocado with salt.
Arrange each half on salad greens. Fill halves with
crabmeat. Top with dressing.
To remove the seed from an avocado, first slice it all
around the stone and then twist the halves in opposite
directions to halve the two parts. Then, holding the half
with the stone in your palm, strike the stone sharply with
the sharp edge of a steak knife, the knife will embed itself
slightly and then you can twist the seed right out using the
same opposing twist that you used to separate the halves.
