    List of Ingredients




    1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese.
    1 teaspoon very finely minced onion
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 cup vanilla flavor (or unflavored) protein from drink mix
    1 egg
    Salt to taste
    8 oz. deviled ham: (chopped ham, processed with 1 Tablespoon mayo + 1
    Tablespoon finely chopped celery) --or use canned deviled ham

    Preheat the oven at 375°f.

    Place parchment paper on your cookie tray.

    Drop mixture by heaping spoonfuls. Makes about 24.

    Bake in oven 10-12 minutes.

    (You can also cut thin slices of ham or salmon (lox) with a cookie cutter
    and use it as a base.)
