    Jalapeno Bacon Wraps with Ranch Dressing

    List of Ingredients




    14-16 whole jalapenos
    8 oz. cream cheese
    shredded cheddar
    1 lb. uncooked bacon

    Recipe



    Make a slit in the peppers, remove the seeds and ribs. Stuff cream
    cheese and cheddar inside the pepper shells, and wrap a piece of
    bacon around the outside of the pepper, if needed, you can use a
    toothpick to keep it together.
    Cook at 375 until the bacon is done to your liking. Both Jayne and
    I like our bacon very crispy... it took me about 25-30 minutes to
    get it crispy.
    Serve with Ranch Dressing.

    Homemade Ranch Dressing:
    Whipped up in the kitchen of Judy Jones

    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/8 cup cream
    1/2t dill
    1/2t garlic powder
    1/2t onion powder
    1.5t parsley flakes

    Mix until smooth, then let sit in the fridge for a bit so the
    flavors mix. It's a little thick, but great as a dip! :)
