    FINGER FOOD FOR PARTIES OR LUNCHES THIS IS A VERY FLEXIBLE RECIPE, AND IS A GREAT THING FOR KIDS ON LOW-CARB DIET, FOR THEIR SCHOOL LUNCH IN LIEU OF A SANDWICH.

    START WITH SLICED MEAT: DELI-SLICED TURKEY, ROAST BEEF, HAM, OR EVEN SANDWICH-SIZE PEPPERONI. DON'T LET THE DELI SLICE IT TOO THIN, OR THE FILLING WILL TEAR IT. DON'T GO TOO THICK OR IT WON'T ROLL SPREAD WITH A THIN LAYER OF CREAM CHEESE. YOU CAN FLAVOR IT WITH A LITTLE CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER OR ONION OR HERBS OR ONION/GARLIC POWDER, IF DESIRED. ALTERNATIVE: SPREAD WITH A VERY THIN LAYER OF VELVEETA OR OTHER SOFT CHEESE. ROLL THE MEAT UP TIGHTLY. CAN SLICE THE LOGS INTO PINWHEELS OR JUST ZIP-LOCK THEM UP AS-IS.
