Radis au Beurre (Radishes in Butter)

Just scrub the radishes; you can leave the green part on as
a handle.
Then blend together:
1/4 pound (1 stick) butter
1/4 pound blue cheese
1 teaspoon brown or Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)
Recipe
Let people dunk the radishes in the butter/cheese mix. You
could have
crackers, too, for the non-dieters. By the way, this same
butter/blue
cheese mix is *wonderful* melted over a steak!
