    List of Ingredients




    1 to 2 heads of garlic
    3 tablespoons peanut oil
    8 ounces cream cheese, softener
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon mustard
    1/4 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
    1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
    3 tablespoons roasted almonds, coarsely chopped
    white pepper to taste
    1/3 cup cream
    salt (optional and to taste)

    Recipe



    Roast the garlic in oven until soft and golden. Let cool.

    Place garlic cloves, peanut oil, cream cheese,
    Worcestershire sauce, and
    mustard into food processor or blender and puree until
    smooth.

    Transfer to bowl and add sour cream, parsley, rosemary,
    roasted almonds, and
    white pepper to taste.

    Beat 1/3 cup heavy cream until firm and fold into garlic
    mixture.
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

    Serve chilled, but not cold, adding salt if necessary.
