Shrimp Dip

List of Ingredients
1 pkg. (8-ounces) cream cheese
1 pint (16-ounces) sour cream
1 packaged Good Seasons dry Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 lb tiny shrimp from butcher, pre-steamed and cleaned
2-3 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 red bell pepper, ground or finely minced
1/2 teaspoon salt--seasoned salt is ok
Recipe
Combine all ingredients. Store in refrigerator for one day to allow flavors
to "marry". Serve with vegetable crudit�s or whole wheat crackers such as
Triscuit. (Add more lemon juice if needed for flavor or for thinning.)
2 cans of canned, flaked crab, well drained, may be substituted for the
shrimp.
